For the Contractor or Sub-contractor
-Provide an Estimating and/or QS service to suit most peoples needs whether the intended project is new build, refurb, design & build, domestic or commercial.
-Having extensive contracting QS experience and being commercially aware of the local building scene, we are able to provide a bespoke, cost effective service to all contractors, both large and small.
-We undertake one-off final account negotiation and agreement; and contractual claims preparation and settlement.
